Love that they have 4 pools! Went few times. Sadly, my clothes won't wash off from chlorine they've been adding. I've been to other Calistoga Hot Springs that are not this smelly. Ruins the "mineral" part. I'm sure there are other ways to disinfect water that already disinfects itself, if needed. 1) Checkin 3pm, checkout 11am? And we can't stay the day and continue to use the pools? $422 for 20hrs (subtract 8hrs of sleep)?? Too greedy:( 2) Rooms/balconies etc could use more updating, for price per night$.... didn't get to try their mud baths.

I had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely amazing! every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I went with my boyfriend and our service dog ( who had fun as well) The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the attention to detail truly made my experience unforgettable.. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Calistoga!

My two best girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at Calistoga Spa and Hot Springs! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with mini kitchens. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities were excellent, and the hot springs were absolutely delightful and relaxing. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk almost everywhere, and we’ll definitely be back! We booked The Works spa package, which includes the mud bath and a massage and it was an incredible experience! We had never done a mud bath before and weren’t sure what to expect, but the staff made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Men and women are separated for the mud bath, and it’s a fully nude experience, but everything felt very professional and respectful. Each guest has an attendant who helps you get into and out of the mud — it’s thick and warm, and you kind of have to wiggle your way in! You’re in the mud for about 10 minutes, then you shower off and move into a mineral whirlpool bath for another 10–15 minutes. From there, you relax in a eucalyptus steam room for 5–10 minutes before being wrapped in a blanket to help your body temperature settle. That whole process including showering and resting in your blanket wrap takes about an hour. After that, our massage therapists came to escort us to private rooms for our massages, which were the perfect way to finish the experience. The entire process took about two hours (1 hour for the mud bath and another for the massage) and felt incredibly rejuvenating. As someone who was a bit nervous and new to spa experiences (and especially to the idea of public nudity), I really appreciated how kind, professional, and reassuring the staff were. The locker room is well-equipped, and the hotel provides robes to wear in the spa area, which made everything easy and comfortable. If you’ve ever been curious about trying a mud bath, I can’t recommend Calistoga Spa and Hot Springs enough, it’s relaxing, well-organized, and a truly unique experience!

Each time I return to Calistoga Spa and Hot Springs, I’m reminded why it’s my favorite getaway. The staff always greet me like an old friend, the pools are the perfect place to unwind, and the kitchenettes make every stay feel like home. It’s the kind of place you look forward to visiting again and again.

Excellent Stay – Great for Tesla Owners! Our stay was excellent! The king suite with kitchenette was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the receptionist and all the staff – their hospitality made a real difference. A major plus for us was the convenience of your 8 Tesla destination charging stations. It made charging our Tesla incredibly easy and stress-free. We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly staff and attentive service. Enjoyed the massage and first time doing a mud bath- which was just fun. It’s relaxed, quaint and a nice experience. A unique little spot to disconnect and rejuvenate.

This place was ideal for a weekend trip. The rooms were nice and clean. The kitchenette was a nice touch even though we didn’t use it. The bed was so comfortable. I don’t usually sleep well away from home but I slept great here. The pool area was beautiful and clean. The variety of pools were nice and I especially enjoyed the pools being open early and closing late. I also liked that they had a snack bar with reasonably priced snacks available. The spa area was also very nice. The massage rooms were pretty basic, but I had a wonderful massage from Marcela and since my eyes were closed, it didn’t bother me at all. The mud bath is an experience but Carla was very attentive and caring. I would highly recommend this resort. I’m already looking forward to our next trip.

My friend and I booked at Calistoga Spa to enjoy a few days away from the world and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed soaking in the geothermal mineral pool to unwind at the end of the day. Our spa service did not disappoint. The attendant was kind and took the time to inform us of what we could expect, she frequently checked on us to ensure our comfort. The mud baths were a perfect way to rejuvenate. If you are planning to visit Napa Valley, this is the perfect place to stay.
